Dr. Jiang has served as President and/or Chairman for multiple biotech companies in Taiwan, including PhytoHealth Corporation from 1998 to 2009 and AmCad BioMed Corporation from 2008 to 2009. At Phyto Health, the PG2 Lyo Injectable product was developed for cancer patients experiencing difficulty recovering from severe fatigue. In 2010, PG2 Lyo Injection became one of the first drugs developed in Taiwan to receive NDA approval from the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration. It began sales in Taiwan in 2012.

In addition, Dr. Jiang is a director of various biotech associations, such as the Taiwan Bio Industry Organization (Taiwan) from 2006 to 2008 and the Chinese Herbs and Biotech Development Association in Taiwan from 2003 to 2006. He was an assistant professor at the University of Illinois from 1981 to 1987 and an associate professor at Rutgers from 1987 to 1990.
